Processing Time : Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped, except during peak periods such as holidays and sales.
 

Shipping Time :  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas.
 

International Shipping : We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages : In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Maya, we take pride in the high quality of our handcrafted products, and we strive to deliver items that are true to the pictures displayed on our website. However, as each product is handmade, there may be slight variations in color or design.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via email or message on Instagram within two working days of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange the item for you. Please note that we require an unboxing video to verify the issue before proceeding with the exchange.
